WHY?

Because they are the appointed times of the LORD that He set in place from the very beginning (prior to ancient Israel, even). FEast of Trumpets

Oak Stone will be hosting the Feast of Trumpets services on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at our usual location, Allen Heights Baptist Church at 1 PM

Day of atonement

How: Leviticus 23:29 asks that those who are keeping this appointed time of the Lord to afflict their souls (to fast from food or food/drink). So in addition to our worship services, please join us in drawing near to and humbling ourselves before our Father. Accordingly, there will be no potluck on this day.

Feast of Tabernacles

Oak Stone will not be hosting a Feast of Tabernacles this year, but many of us will be celebrating/keeping it at diverse locations around the US. As such, we will not be hosting our usual Sabbath services on 10/4 or 10/11.

If you do not have a place to celebrate or fellowship, you can tune into the Rock Valley livestream here. Services will be daily @ 11:30 AM CST, 10/7 - 10/14.
