Overview:
We are excited to gather together for the Feast of Tabernacles 2026 at the beautiful Mill Creek Ranch Resort in Canton, Texas — located just about 1 hour and 30 minutes from both DFW and DAL airports. Mill Creek is a peaceful retreat filled with charming tiny-home cottages and RV spaces spread across more than 200 scenic acres. From swimming and fishing to paddle boats, hiking, and outdoor sports, there will be many ways to rest, connect, and enjoy God’s creation throughout the week.
This 8-day festival will be a time of worship, fellowship, and spiritual renewal for the whole family. Planned activities include daily worship services, VBS for children, teen events, group meals, campfire worship nights, prayer and Bible study groups, organized sports, outreach opportunities, and more. All worship services, housing, and activities will take place onsite at Mill Creek Ranch Resort, allowing us to fully experience the Feast together in one place.
If you plan to stay onsite, you will be responsible for reserving your own cottage or RV space. Please note that housing cannot be booked until you have completed registration and received your acceptance email.

Accomodations:
UPDATE AS OF 3/1/26, 3 PM:
Currently, all of the cottages in block have been booked. However, we have a few other options we want to present for your consideration, as we hope you will still be able to attend with us:
Option #1: There are still plenty of RV spots available! You can easily rent an RV via one of the websites we have listed below. There are excellent options to have them delivered and picked up so you don't have to do anything or worry about transporting or trailering them. Size-wise they can be comparable to the cottages, believe it or not.
Option #2: There are a few more cabins that will come available to our group on Sunday, September 27th. If you are willing to stay off-site for the first two nights and then move into a cabin on Sunday, this might be a great option to be able to still enjoy a cottage for the majority of the Feast.
Option #3: Full-time off-site housing (Air BnB's, VRBO's, Hotels, etc)
Option #4: Get added to our waitlist for a full-time cottage (no guarantees here, though)
Please email ashley@oakstone.co to let us know if one of these options will work for your family. Thank you for your understanding!
———————
The on-site cabins are quaint, but tiny - each under 400 square feet. Families with more than four children, multiple teenagers, or members well over six feet tall may want to seriously consider renting an RV or off-site housing. Plan to be snug and cozy and you won’t be disappointed!
Due to anticipated demand and a limited number of cabins (approximately 40), please note that cottage priority will be given to those who intend to stay with us and/or rent the cottage for the entire time (September 25 - October 4). If a partial schedule is your only option, RV rentals or off-site housing may be your best bet.
Group rates/units become available for check in on Friday, September 25th. Check out is Sunday, October 4th. We recommend planning your arrival and departure around these dates, though earlier or later stays may be arranged with the Mill Creek office.
